You'll need around 4 hours a week — that's 3 to 4 sessions, each under an hour. No marathon gym visits, no daily cardio grind. The whole point is efficiency. I work with guys who have packed schedules — jobs, families, businesses — so every session is designed to deliver maximum output in minimum time.

Pricing varies based on the level of coaching you need. I'll be upfront — this isn't a cookie-cutter plan you download and forget about. Yes — and honestly, that's one of the main reasons people come to me. I've dealt with two herniated discs and chronic tendonitis myself, so I understand what it's like to train around pain. My approach focuses on identifying the actual root cause of the issue, not just slapping a band-aid on it. A lot of my clients had given up on training before we started working together.

Far from it. A typical PT hands you a workout and counts your reps. What I do is completely different — I assess how you move, address any pain or dysfunction first, then build a progressive training and nutrition plan around your life. You also get ongoing accountability and adjustments as things change. It's a proper system, not just sessions.

That's the reality for most of the men I coach. The programme is built to flex around your week, not the other way around. If you're travelling, working late, or dealing with something unexpected — we adjust. You won't fall behind because life got in the way.

No problem at all. Everything is scaled to where you're starting from. I've coached guys who hadn't stepped foot in a gym in years, right through to experienced lifters looking to break through a plateau. The programme meets you where you are and builds from there.

Within the first 4 to 6 weeks, most clients notice real differences — less pain, better mobility, clothes fitting differently. The bigger transformation usually unfolds over 12 to 20 weeks, depending on where you're starting and what you're working towards. But the early wins tend to come fast when you're consistent.
